
The friendly birds do not seem to mind us strolling in the garden as they go about their daily rituals. Here, a handsome young bird (name not known), enjoying a bite.


As soon as he gobbles it down, he jumps onto the next branch, then takes a look at the photographer (my dear son, Achintya), and jumps to hide in the rain gutter.

From there, he peeps up and down, as if to play hide and seek in innocent mischief. A common sight at Sharanyam.
